Director, Data Management and Enterprise Analytics

Drive business goals through process development and optimization, smart use of technology (including systems integration), and decision making. Manage contract drafting and program administration for several different private jet membership programs, including implementing various promotional products and modifications. Ensure regulatory, insurance, and tax compliance across the organization.

Develop applications to meet business needs including supply chain management, business intelligence/ERP, and credit card processing. Manage the design and development process from initial idea to requirements gathering, development, testing, and launch including working with outside contractors.

Manage overall technology infrastructure and lead technology and sales operations team to support all areas of Magellan’s operations. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate vendor contracts, find and vet new technologies and services, and manage integrations and transitions between different platforms and services. Implement various telco, data, mobile, and network initiatives to meet the changing needs of a rapidly growing organization.

Participate in weekly, quarterly, and annual meetings with the CEO, President, and other department heads to address challenges, plan execution of the company’s strategy, and provide strong leadership and accountability for the organization as a whole.
