• Provide sales support and category management for the assigned division or region
• Develop a strong relationship with the divisional and regional retail merchandising team·
• Provide field tutelage and training tools that maximize performance and results in support of Upper management in Hardware channels.
• Increase product visibility through cross-merchandising and regional promotions·
• Demonstrate products, execute field product training, new product launches, attend and aggressively pursue executive level training events
• Manage service team demonstrations and project execution
• Improve sales and merchandising processes
• Advance customer/retailer support levels
• Analyze sales/market data and develop action plan based on underperforming territories
• Maintain all assigned reports, recaps, summaries, expenses to National Account Managers and/or Director of sales within guidelines.
• Provide competitive intelligence (comp shops, new products, test POG’s) in assigned market/region.

Merchandising Execution Area Supervisors (MEAS) directly supervise the activities of Merchandising Execution Associates
(MEAs) as they merchandise and maintain various product sets in The Home Depot retail environment to enhance the customer experience, increase sales, and maximize inventory turns. MEASs direct the work priorities of MEA teams (7-12 associates) based on the directives of the Merchandising Execution Manager (MEM), while builiding and maintaining strong relationships with HD store personnel to execute merchandising strategy.
