With over 25 years of experience in the retail industry, I have a passion for delivering results by driving collaboration, improving processes, developing people, and leveraging data and technology to simplify, accelerate, and innovate. As a Principal Consultant at Talvoti LLC, I provide consulting and advisory services to clients in the retail sector, focusing on retail technology, retailer/customer perspective, marketing & product strategy, data quality, analytics, process improvement, digital transformation, and people development. Previously, I held executive leadership roles at Ahold Delhaize (Peapod Digital Labs and Retail Business Services), where I led teams of 70+ within the US shared services organization to enable profitable sales growth, driven effective use of data analytics & systems, built a data governance program, and provided subject matter expertise for over 2,000 stores and e-commerce platforms across five US banners. I have extensive experience in leading and collaborating on large-scale cross-functional projects, driving bottom-line profitability, designing and building new commercial organizations, and implementing continuous improvement and change management initiatives. I have also been active in industry groups, speaking at retail and analytics conferences, and serving as a member of GS1’s US Retail Grocery Initiative Executive Leadership Committee.
