($86 Billion retailer) As Principal Consultant at Talvoti LLC, I’ve provided consulting and advisory services to clients in the retail sector, focusing on retail technology strategy, providing a retailer/customer perspective to retail facing data & technology providers, enhancing marketing messaging & product strategy, and enabling digital transformation. Previously, I held executive leadership roles at Ahold Delhaize (Peapod Digital Labs and Retail Business Services), where I led teams of 70+ within the US shared services organization to enable profitable sales growth, driven effective use of data analytics & systems, built a data governance program, and provided subject matter expertise for over 2,000 stores and e-commerce platforms across five US banners. ($52 Billion retailer) I have extensive experience with large-scale cross-functional projects, driving bottom-line profitability, designing and building new commercial, merchandising and data & analytics organizations, and implementing continuous improvement and change management initiatives. This includes stints in chief of staff roles in both merchandising & store operations functions at a $26 Billion 750+ store retailer. I have also been active in industry & cross-industry groups, speaking at retail and analytics conferences, and as an advocate for data quality standards while serving as a member of GS1’s US Retail Grocery Initiative Executive Leadership Committee.
