I lead our new business department focused on acquiring new facilities (Mid-Market and Enterprise) in the 20+ states (and growing) we operate in.

▪ Lead a team of 10 AE's, 4 SDR's, and 2 Sales Managers 
▪ Team is a mix of Enterprise and Mid-Market functions

▪ Target  prospects are health facilities and can be independent locations (SMB) and multi-location groups (Enterprise)
▪ Primary ICP are executive administrators through C-Level executives
▪ Created and instituted new territory targeting and expansion plan with adjusted GTM strategy
▪ Responsible for ongoing sales training and working with team on selling with tech stack inclusive of Salesforce, Outreach/Kaia, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, etc

Director of Sales

Comcast

▪	Lead a team of 10 sales managers and 50 account executives responsible for $53 million in annual local TV and online video advertising sales for the Philadelphia market. #1 market in the enterprise in multiple metrics including % to budget/quota, new business generation, upsell success, and retention %.
▪ Primarily sold software solution which optimized 1st and 3rd party data to deliver against a customized target audience for each client
▪	Led turnaround of the market from the worst-performing in the company in 2018 to one of the best in 2021. Currently ranked as the #1 sales team YTD in 2022 across multiple metrics including overall revenue, new business, churn reduction, and digital streaming products.
▪	Only Director in the company to have VP-level responsibilities and input into companywide initiatives focused on company culture, sales performance improvement, and solving for current/future company issues and needs.  
▪	10+ years of client facing account management and business development experience inclusive of traditional tv, online video, OTT/CTV, programmatic, and audience addressable campaigns including being responsible for market-wide pivot from traditional tv advertising model to audience focused, platform agnostic go-to-market strategy focused on OTT/CTV resulting in record revenue year over year growth
▪	Developed and launched a strategic sales process focused on securing earlier contract renewals that proved so successful it has been implemented in all U.S. sales markets. 
▪	Scaled sales philosophy focused on effective time management, culture of accountability, and revenue growth across multiple regions on the East Coast.
▪	Primary architect of Sales Excellence, a newly created performance management system for all Effectv sales leaders and account executives. 
▪	Consistently exceed annual EBITDA goals. 
▪	Implemented trust, empowerment, and accountability expectations that led to top workplace culture scores for our market.

▪	Responsible for delivering $15 million in local TV and online video advertising sales. 
▪	Oversaw 4 sales teams including 4 local sales managers and 20 account executives. 
▪	Led the introduction and successful implementation of a new sales philosophy designed to improve sales and drive revenue growth across the entire Philadelphia market.

Area Sales Manager

▪	Managed a sales team of 6 account executives and oversaw $5 million in annual advertising sales. 
▪	Exceeded sales budget 10 quarters in a row from Q1 2016 through Q2 2018.
▪	Led market and region in new business development revenue by creating a focused and unified go-to-market strategy for my sales team. 
▪	Created and scaled a new regional system for successfully sourcing top sales talent.

Local Sales Manager

▪	Sold video advertising across 50+ cable television networks and multiple digital/online products. 
▪	Responsible for a budget of $1.5 million dollars in annual advertising revenue. 
▪	#1 salesperson in the market, driving over $300K in new business for core television and digital lines of business. 
▪	Created and scaled system for using LinkedIn to source new business opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

CBS Radio

▪	Responsible for radio advertising sales on WJZ-FM 105.7 The Fan and WJZ-AM 1300 ESPN Radio. Sold corresponding online advertising on cbsbaltimore.com to extend the reach and frequency of campaigns. 
▪	Developed and managed local and regional accounts including McDonald’s, Snapple, and Golfsmith.
▪	Worked directly with local businesses and advertising agencies.

▪	Responsible for radio advertising sales on WCMC-99.9 The Fan ESPN Radio, WDNC-620 AM The Buzz, and WCLY-1550 AM ESPN Deportes.
▪	Salesperson of the Year in 2009 and 2010. Achieved 110% of budget in 2009 and 122% of budget in 2010. 
▪	Met or exceeded 100% of monthly budget for 26 straight months.
