In this role I am responsible for developing and deploying the sustainability strategy for J&J MedTech across UK/IRL.  This includes developing local solutions to support our customers sustainability goals, as well as shaping our global strategies based on our customers needs

Sustainability Lead - UK/IRL

Responsible for leading a team of 8 sales specialists in the North West, managing Ethicon stapling and energy portfolios across a mixture of both NHS and private hospitals to a value of £9m.
Highlights in the role include winning Region of The Year for Endomech/Energy in both 2020 and 2021, and supporting 3 of the team to key club in 2021.

Regional Sales Manager - Ethicon

Responsible for developing and delivering the colorectal marketing strategy for UK/IRL, indirectly leading the UK/IRL colorectal sales team, manage key congresses and build relationships with key societies and key opinion leaders
Highlights in this role included creating and launching the #ColorectalLive series, a first for Ethicon/J&J, managing a major product recall, Driving Echelon Circular to its growth target for 2019 in its first year of launch , and creating a heritage timeline that was drawn live at ACPGBI 2019

Colorectal Marketing Manager - UK/IRL

Responsible for portfolio management and developing the strategy for stapling and trocar portfolio in UK/IRL.  Responsible for product launches, sales training, managing product recalls, KOL development and product lifecycle management.

Highlights in this role include launching Echelon Circular and GST45, discontinuing 4 products, managing a major product recall and delivering double digita endocutter growth

In this role I was awarded J&J Medical Devices Product Manager of the year, achieving Presidents Club and Ethicon EMEA Elite for stakeholder insights.

Product Manager - UK/IRL

Account management of 4 NHS Trusts across the Greater Manchester region worth a value around £2m, and with a growth target associated
  
This role was focused around a product portfolio of Trocars, Surgical Staplers, Ultrasonic energy devices and sutures and includes both clinical and commercial sales for these products.

Highlights on this role include the first UK order and 7th EMEA order of Enseal X1, wins across each product portfolio, hitting 18 months consistent quarterly targets, and a Key account win.

In this role I achieved presidents club as 2nd place Abdominal sales specialist of the year 2016

My role with JNJ began in a trainee capacity before being promoted to a full territory manager. This enabled me to experience all different aspects of the role thoroughly and learn our full portfolio.

Working on both a regional and national basis, I was responsible for business development and account management of recruitment services for some of the UK's largest companies across IT, Telecoms and Engineering sectors. This role also included training of new graduates entering the business, and included highlights such as billing in excess of £150k within 12 months of joining the business.

With 9 years sales and marketing experience in medical devices, I am utilising my commercial skills gained in this time to drive change management focused around sustainability. 
Key achievements in my career to date include launching key new products to market, shaping national marketing strategies, and leading & coaching multi-specialty sales teams to success. 
In both sales and marketing roles I am able to demonstrate a strong track record of performance vs target.
Away from work I am a keen sportsman, having played hockey for 10 years at National League level, I am a category 1 golfer, and to keep fit I 'compete' in long distance triathlon
