When I started in sales, I realised I suffered heavily with constant anxiety. I struggled with facing knockbacks, managing the stress of targets and staying motivated. I started to look at how I could better understand this and how to manage it effectively. I then realised over the years that the insights and tools to develop and manage your mental health and mindset in sales, are not being taught or aren't readily available. So I wanted to change that and created Sales Psyche. I now coach salespeople and leaders in companies such as Google, Meta, Reward Gateway, Experian and NTT Data.
