The role involved the facilitating of individual classes as well as collection and processing of client data, promotion through social media and outreach activity, plus networking with partner organisations.

The role also involved presenting findings to stakeholders and contributing to a study linking physical activity and wellbeing.

Phoenix 98 FM

Presenting and producing programmes for Brentwood and Billericay's Community Radio Station, Phoenix FM.
  
The Orient Hour started out as Leyton Orient’s Official Club radio show, providing a weekly platform to discuss club news, before going independent. The show featured current and former members of staff as well as a number of pundits with connections to the club.  I was also an admin of both the Twitter and Facebook accounts for the show, promoting the activities of the club and the programme. The role also involved the editing of audio content and distribution on Mixcloud, iTunes and on the Phoenix FM website.

I also produced and presented Phoenix Sport – a show devoted to live score updates and local sports interviews, as well as playing a mixture of current and older chart music, as well as local bands.  

Midweek Matchzone was an in-depth sports programme presented in conjunction with snooker legend Ronnie O’Sullivan, where we discussed the sports issues of the day. 

I also produced a show for infamous sports agent and music manager Eric Hall, as well as producing and presenting current affairs and other sports content.

In recognition of my work with the station, including the production of a number of weekly web articles, I was made a Company Director in November 2017.
