Using the Entrepreneurial Operating System, I engaged the team to determine where we were headed and redrew the rules for my leadership team. As I transitioned my leadership role, we built three more No.1 brands in Canada and I eventually reduced my input to just three hours a month. That was my vision. What is yours?
