Phase2

Following a reorganization, my focus is currently committed to architecting, assembling, and activating our partner ecosystem to empower our agency in its vision of creating digital experience that advances the human experience.

In 2024, I produced a 16% YoY increase in partner generated sales opportunities ($5.3 million) and 55% of Phase2's total net new client acquisitions were sourced or influenced by partners. Acting in a Sales Lead role during Q3/Q4, my efforts resulted in new client engagements with Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Sarepta Pharmaceuticals, and The United States Naval Institute. Phase2 was also recognized as a 2024 Sitecore Customer Success Award winner for our work leveraging Sitecore XM Cloud.

In 2023, I produced a 154% YoY increase in partner MQLs and 82% YoY increase in partner generated sales opportunities ($4.9 million). In addition, I launched new strategic partnerships with Sitecore (achieving Silver Partner status in Phase2's first year) and Yext as part of Phase2's focus on healthcare. Phase2 was also recognized as the 2023 Acquia Partner of the Year (North America).

I was promoted to the role of Vice President, Marketing and joined Phase2's inaugural Senior Leadership Team.

My contributions resulted in an 18% YoY increase in annual revenue, 29% YoY increase in MQLs generated across all lead channels, and 11% YoY increase in employee growth from 2021 to 2022.

• Mentored and managed our team's Content Writer, Marketing Specialist, Director, Partner Marketing, Communications Manager, and Promotions Manager.
• Partnered with the Managing Directors of Phase2's three Client Portfolio Groups to focus on GTM plans for healthcare, financial services, and public sector/non-profit verticals.
• Executed eight in-person trade shows including ViVE, SHSMD, DrupalCon PDX, and HCIC.
• Acted as Product Owner of the Phase2 website and led an on time redesign + upgrade to Drupal 10.
• Contributed to the planning committee responsible for P2Con Costa Rica company conference.
• Prepared Executive Team and facilitated live Q&A sessions for quarterly All-Hands meetings.
• Launched client CSAT survey program with Marketing Specialist to measure and improve NPS score.
• Updated Phase2's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) with Director, Brand Creative and EX team.
• Created Phase2's intranet portal with Communications Manager and EX team.

Following the acquisition of Unleashed Technologies, I joined Phase2 as its Director of Marketing with a focus on the areas of owned media, earned media, events, and partner marketing. 

My contributions resulted in Phase2 rebounding in 2021 from COVID-19 disruption with a 24% YoY increase in annual revenue, a 156% YoY increase in partner generated MQLs, and recognition as the 2020 Acquia Partner of the Year (North America).

• Pioneered virtual workshops and social events with key partners including Acquia and Siteimprove.
• Established, hosted, and executed a monthly webinar program with agency thought leaders.

Unleashed Technologies

As a member of the Leadership Team at Unleashed Technologies, I oversaw all aspects of the agency's marketing and was a key contributor in its successful acquisition by LINC Partners in November 2019.

During my tenure leading marketing from 2015 to 2019, our agency:

• Achieved a 56% increase in annual revenue.
• Generated a 200% increase in monthly MQLs. 
• Maintained a 95% client retention rate.
• Won 30+ industry awards and accolades.
• Executed more than 35 trade shows and in-person events.

I hired, managed, and mentored our Office Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, Inside Sales Associate, Graphic Designer, and Digital Marketing Manager roles. I also collaborated closely with our Sales Team, contributing to proposal writing, presentation preparation, contract revisions, and client retention efforts.

Harvey Construction

I managed all aspects of F.M. Harvey's marketing communications and led a comprehensive brand makeover which included a refresh of the company logo, website, business cards, and sales materials. 

I generated over $10 million in new commercial bid opportunity from my outreach and business development activities.

Ainsley & Co

Serving as the primary contact for over 30 clients across verticals, I managed the agency's projects encompassing website design/development, brand strategy, video/radio production, and print/digital marketing campaigns.

Welsh Construction Remodeling, LLC

In September 2012, I was promoted to the role of VP, Marketing and became a member of Welsh's Executive Management Team. 

I recruited and hired the company's Director of Event Marketing and worked collaboratively with her to launch Welsh's Event Marketing department. MQL generation increased over 50% YoY due to the creation of our call center and event marketing departments.

In April 2013, Welsh Construction Remodeling ceased operations due to financial challenges.

I joined Welsh Construction Remodeling after being recruited by its new ownership group in August 2011.

I oversaw the development of Welsh's relaunched company website and led strategic initiatives in digital marketing, paid media, and direct mail. Additionally, I built an outbound marketing program and managed our call center team focused on lead generation.

I became a member of the Long Home Products management team and reported directly to its CEO. 

Alongside leading the company's digital marketing and public relations efforts, I supervised a team of five media specialists who generated leads through digital, print, TV, and radio advertising. Additionally, I successfully recruited and mentored a Digital Media Manager responsible for social media and video production. I played a key contributor role in the development of the company's Canvassing, Field Marketing, and In-Store initiatives.

I was promoted Digital Marketing Manager and was responsible for overseeing all digital marketing initiatives. I also managed the company's IT, SEO, SEM, and Paid Media vendors, optimizing performance and driving results. 

During this time, I was a key contributor in launching an updated website and I led the company's initial foray into social media.

As a Call Center Specialist, I excelled in cold calling, reaching out to previous customers, handling inbound leads, and ensuring appointment confirmation and dispatch. In a short period, my contributions led to generating over $1M in net revenue.

I was promoted to Guest Services Manager and assumed responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of the guest services department at the 5-star historical hotel. 

As Guest Services Manager, I led a team of four Guest Service Agents, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Additionally, I regularly assumed the role of the hotel's Manager-On-Duty in the absence of the Front Office Manager and Evening Operations Manager.

I joined the Front Office team at the Sofitel Lafayette Square Hotel in Washington, DC, a premier luxury hotel that frequently accommodates foreign leaders and dignitaries. 

As a Front Desk Agent I consistently excelled, earning recognition as the team's top performer. My dedication to delivering exceptional customer service also led to a nomination for the Accor Yes-Oui-Si Award.

I was promoted to the role of Production Coordinator, further expanding my leadership responsibilities within the production department at Bernan Press. 

I served as the primary liaison in the absence of the Production Team Leader, assuming greater accountability for team coordination and project management. Additionally, I took on increased desktop layout and composition duties.

In my role, I supported the Production Team Leader in the composition and design of all Bernan Press titles and electronic media. Additionally, I directly managed the production process for World Trade Organization publications, specifically Dispute Settlement Decisions and Trade Policy Review.

As Phase2's Head of Partnerships, I collaborate closely with our technology partners and clients to develop scalable, user-centric digital solutions that enhance engagement, streamline operations, and support long-term growth.
