Acted as direct contact and relationship manager with over 20 of the top-40 pharmacy chains and PSAOs. Developed and negotiated contracts and amendments to for annual pricing renewals and various reimbursement and operational needs. 

-	Reduced Pharmacy Network spend for retail and LTC lines of business by as much as $1,000,000 in each of my first two years
-	Provided guidance to external and internal business units on compliance issues and policies as well as state and federal regulations and laws
-	Developed and maintain relationships with pharmacy chains and PSAOs to provide feedback and assist with all needs involving reimbursements, contracting, or PBM policies in general

Pharmacy Network Contracting Manager

Nationwide Independent Pharmacy Chain

Served as corporate support and leadership for 11 recently acquired pharmacies in the state of Ohio grossing roughly $2.5 million in sales per month. Oversaw staffing needs, ordering/inventory policies and needs, and all compliance matters including state, federal, Board of Pharmacy, and PBM audits. Collaborated with pharmacy managers and corporate liaisons to facilitate contracts with prescriber offices and community partners. Facilitated communication between all store employees, pharmacists, delivery drivers, and corporate office. Develop operations knowledge among pharmacist team to increase GCR and GDR, decrease DIR fees, and maximize MTM/CMR results.

 - Oversaw largest region by prescription count in the company
 - Led all stores during introduction of inventory management protocol to obtain the most efficient region in the company during the first month of implementation
 - Developed marketing plans to increase traffic, script counts, and OTC sales
 - 340B: Initiated dialogue and assisted with contract negotiations for 340B contracts with multiple hospitals

Franklin Park Physical Medicine

Served as Director of Operations for the medical practice. Developed and implemented organizational strategies and practices to achieve short-term and long-term company objectives. Drove marketing and business development activities to increase referral business within the practice. Collaborated with personal injury and worker’s compensation attorneys to build relationships and grow business revenue. Oversaw human resources functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluation. Managed records and billing, regulatory compliance, and patient relations.
 - Increased billable visits 60% over previous year by implementing high-impact marketing and business strategies
 - Negotiated with attorneys and insurance companies to establish mutually beneficial settlement agreements
 - Functioned as liaison between the main office and independently contracted physicians to develop contracts
