Highlights include: • 27 years SAP implementation experience, primarily functional solution architecture and functional consulting role, with the occasional leadership role • This experience has been gained in a range of SAP based projects for a variety of clients in the pharmaceutical, utilities, food & beverage, automotive, manufacturing, telecommunications, retail (FMCG), agribusiness, public service, mining and oil & gas industries. • Broad and deep SAP S/4 HANA functional knowledge covering SAP Financials, Projects/Assets, Logistics and BW (BI) gained over 25 full end-to-end SAP implementations • Sound financial process design, leadership, and project management skills, gained from experiences as a Financial & Management Accountant, SAP project manager, Finance Business Lead and SAP functional consultant • Broad range of experience in global financial and managerial accounting practises across multiple countries, including; USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, & Australasia. • Extensive experience in global template implementations in the Asia Pacific • Excellent consulting skills, with experience spanning both the public and private sectors in both commercial consulting and internal regional implementation teams • Successful in building relationships with the senior management to align project goals to business goals, maintain realistic expectations of the impact of the SAP implementation, implement effective change management strategies, and ensure timely decision making and project governance • Stakeholder management to ensure alignment of goals between groups such as Corporate head office, local business management, global SAP team(s), and local SAP implementation teams • Extensive experience across all key project deliverables – blueprinting, gap analysis, change impact assessments, data migration, development, testing, training and cut-over, post go-live support
