Having spent almost 25 years in the accountancy profession with two notable equity positions across top 40 firms, more recently as Group CEO and Founder of Fortus (born in 2020 with closing revenues of c.£30m), my very closest colleagues and I decided to sell a large part of Fortus to the TC Group (Inflexion Capital) in July 2023. Whilst retaining an equity interest across other professional service businesses; BAND Advisory Group, Fortus Group, FTS Group, Approved Tax, D&T Group and more recently Inseek, our new proposition, Stelaris, also has a broader pursuit into other sectors as private investors - focusing on businesses who are founder led and unwaveringly entrepreneurial.
