1. Legal Support for Business Operations (HR, AF, PUR, FA, and CBC)
•	Provide legal advice on issues and operations relating to the Group of Companies’ business activities.
•	Led a team to support, give legal opinion to, and advise various assigned Internal Functions of the Corporation and its Affiliates on various legal matters including personal data protection.
•	Oversee the review, drafting, and approval of contracts to safeguard the company’s interests and ensure legal compliance contracts for the operations within the Group of Companies.

•	Provide legal advice on escalated matters in the game business and alert teams of potential non-compliance.
3. Corporate Secretary Responsibilities
Plan and facilitate Annual General Meetings (AGM):
•	Prepare and distribute meeting materials.
•	Coordinate with IR and CBC to host the meeting.
•	Ensure compliance with public disclosure requirements post-meetings.
•	Liaise with SSC, HNX, and VSD (primary contact) to address issues related to public company operations.
•	Review and provide legal feedback on ESOP program.
3. Team Management
•	Supervise and mentor team members, fostering skill development and growth.
•	Delegate tasks effectively and oversee deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.
