Over the past 15 years, I've had the pleasure of working with the digital teams at companies including Google US & UK, Allstate Insurance, Zurich, 3M, Microsoft, Avis Budget Group, Zipcar, The American Red Cross and The New York Times. All in an effort to help them better understand their digital customer and apply this insight to their acquisition and monetization models. Currently, I'm VP Product Strategy at Flybits - a leading customer experience platform for the financial services sector. Enabling banks to design, launch, and measure data-driven consumer experiences that deliver the right information to the right customer at the right time, while preserving their privacy. Prior, I led Global Partnerships for Clearco (Previously Clearbanc). A pay-as-you-grow pioneer and the world’s largest eCommerce investor, funding over US$3.5 billion in 6,500 companies in North America, Europe and Australia. Building a partner ecosystem which grew to contribute 25% of the companies revenue through an efficient one:many approach. Prior to Clearbanc, I was President & COO of GetintheLoop, a Canadian SaaS technology company that is innovating in the shop local and retail offers space, with 4500 merchants and 7000 live offers on their platform. Prior, I was Vice President & Head of the Mediative Consulting Group; an award-winning digital media and research company, which was acquired by YP in 2010. I'm a contributor to the book The Buyersphere Project and a speaker with Google Engage, Bing Ads Connect and the Digital Strategy Conference. I'm an active Board Member of Accelerate Okanagan, technology advisor and a guest lecturer at UBC Okanagan, the Okanagan College School of Business.
