I have two experiences from my youth that influenced who I am today. The first is a tutorial U.S.A. geographical and historical book. "The 50 States," is a book that provided fun facts about every state in the U.S. (i.e. state boundaries, population density, land area, key industry, etc.) and I read it front to back. That informative book led to increased curiosity of socio-economic dynamics throughout my education. Participating in organized team sports, basketball and soccer, also had an impact in my development and career choice. I quickly grew into a natural leader, both vocally and by example to gain respect through work-ethic, humility, and enthusiasm. Today those activities still influence my interest in leadership skills, social and cultural interaction, as well as the impact of local, regional and global economic forces. These events have fueled my passion to coach individuals by building sales skills to positively influence revenue results, such as collaborating with a client to succeed in accomplishing a desired outcome that produces long-term relationships. I have been fortunate to manage multiple teams at various organizations. My focus has been on developing individuals with fundamental training tools and professional qualities for empowering career development, improving processes to be more effective, and building customer resources that provide value added experiences.
