I believe business software should fit the business, not the other way round. That belief started in my own companies. In 2012 I wrote a small "operating system" that pulled quotes, orders, emails and accounts into one screen, and the team’s workload halved almost overnight. Our operating system allowed us to compete with multi-nationals, and scale to 7-figure revenue with zero funding. Since then I’ve helped 200+ business owners do the same: systemise first, then grow. Today I’m building Augmented OS, an open‑source, no‑code platform that uses AI to build you better systems.
