With over 25 years of work experience in the aviation and military sectors, I am a passionate and dedicated business owner who strives to serve and empower military service members and veterans through my trademarked service, “You M.A.T.R;”. I have a master of aeronautical science degree with a focus on professional aeronautics and aeronautical safety and accident investigation, which gives me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the aviation industry. I am proud to be a disabled veteran and a member of the Special Operations community, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to my team and clients. My mission is to help others learn proactive life tools to guide them on how to make a better version of themselves, and to prepare them to face adversity and avoid or mitigate future life struggles or crises. As the business owner of Chris Roness Enterprises, L.L.C., I oversee all aspects of the company, from strategy and marketing to operations and finance. I have developed and launched several scalable online, social media, electronic courseware, workbooks, and in-person group or individual coaching services, based on my simple and proven system designed for service members, veterans, and their families. I have also established partnerships and collaborations with various organizations and stakeholders in the military and veteran space, such as the Special Operations Command Pacific, where I previously served as the director of programs, requirements and resources. In this role, I was responsible for managing and executing a $350 million budget, developing and implementing strategic plans and policies, and leading a team of over 40 professionals. Some of my achievements include securing a large contract with the Department of Defense, increasing the user retention rate by 25%, and receiving multiple awards and recognitions for my performance and leadership. I have also demonstrated my skills in aircraft, operational planning, and military in both my current and previous roles.
