Wow, it's been an amazing journey! Leading a team of 12 people at the age of 25 in a digital media startup in London was one of my early highlights. So was being a project manager on the first digital TV Station build in Mongolia. Then came several digital news studio builds across the world, the longest assignment being ARD in Germany where I spent almost a year. Next was Switzland, where I settled, not far from my home in Vorarlberg, Austria. I was lucky enough to work in various roles at SRF (previously tpc). My assignments were based around innovation and things we had't quite done before. From building a triple-media kids studio to doing a research project on social interactive TV, to designing a media archive for the local police station. My job has been flexible enough to combine working in innovations and having a family, which I am very thankful for. Working innovations and having kids has almost naturally led me to wanting to make the world a better place, which is why I have taken on the role as Green Production Lead at SRG/SRF, combined with my development role at SRF.
