Hello, thank you for taking the time to look at my profile! Over the time I've had in my apprenticeship, I've found what my personal mission is: "To be educated and to educate, and make an impact on education, while helping to promote a positive community with the connections I make". I have a strong passion to grow and learn. I value learning from the professionals I get to work with while doing an apprenticeship and being able to apply what I learn to make a real-world impact. During my time at school and college, I've discovered my keen interest in computing, and more specifically software engineering, and I'm taking the opportunity to explore and learn what's out there. As I learn more from experience, I'd like to pass on that knowledge to others so they can grow themselves. So far, I've written articles about degree apprenticeships and I've joined the Young Apprentice Ambassador Network (YAAN), so I can share my story as an apprentice and help others looking to start their careers. I hope I can branch out into newer and even bigger things in the future to help with this part of my mission. As for making an impact on education, I'm still discovering how I can do this. However, I think I've started this journey by contributing to a wonderful product that's used by students at universities in the UK and beyond! I'm also a member of the Association of Apprenticeships, so I'll be looking at how I can contribute to apprenticeships via this! I strive to build a positive community by supporting others in their journeys and providing the encouragement they need to fulfill their potential. It's one thing reflecting on yourself and seeing how you've become newer and improved versions of yourself over time, but seeing how you've impacted other people is even more amazing and satisfying!
