Cummins Inc.

• Develops long term, strategic business relationships with key accounts to support Cummins’ sales strategy in the O&G market.
• Develops and maintains account strategy in an account plan and works with stakeholders in the business to achieve optimum results.
• Conducts highly complex contract negotiations.
• Maintains accurate reporting and forecasting through utilization of Cummins tools and processes.
• Manages communication with all levels of customers and Cummins management.
• Assures good communication and coordination between account management, field sales, upstream influencers, and sales management to attain the goals of the sales strategy and the customer.

Senior Account Executive

•Provide technical support to account managers when building engine specifications for new equipment for OEMs.
•Provide technical support to customers on quality issues and improving engine performance in the field.
• Complete installation testing and collaborate with OEMs to ensure Cummins engineering standards have been met on new equipment.
•Collaborate with multiple groups within the Power Systems division to work through quality issues to keep customers updated in the Oil and Gas market.
•Provide the voice of the customer to factory level representatives in the Oil and Gas market to make sure the needs of customers have been met.

Senior Application Engineer

•Field action planning and implementation to reduce customer downtime in the Marine and Oil & Gas markets, while being accountable to the high horsepower yearly budget. 
•Provide communication to marketing leaders and account teams on current and emerging issues within the Marine and Oil & Gas markets. 
•Provide communication to OEM’s on emerging issues, field action status, and service maintenance requirements in the Marine and Oil & Gas markets. 
•Analyze data for the Marine and Oil & Gas market to determine top issues with the quality group for awareness to the high horsepower business.

Service Engineer

GRUNDFOS

•	Apply fluid mechanics to piping systems and hydraulics
•	Project manage from quotation to shipment
•       Collaborate with accounting, engineering, purchasing and manufacturing departments
•	Prepare complete custom engineering pump package quotations per customer specifications
•	Perform pumping system troubleshooting/analysis by reviewing customer piping drawings
•	Review engineering drawings and bill of materials to select proper replacement pump parts
•	Experience in assembling pumps and mechanical seal installation
•	Process pump sizing and proper material selection for specified temperature /chemical usage

Application Engineer Co-op

Multi-skilled engineering and sales professional leading effective collaborations to overcome technical challenges and achieve project deliverables. Extensive experience in supporting customers technically and managing quality issues over a wide range of product. Currently working towards earning a MBA from the Kelley School of Business and expected to graduate in August 2023.
