I envision a world where innovators of all backgrounds, particularly gender, race, economic situation, and ability have the resources and support needed to launch and grow businesses and organizations to levels of success beyond what they can imagine. To recharge, I love swimming, boating, kayaking and other water sports. I also love cycling, ice hockey, skiing, hiking, and generally soaking in the sun, fresh air, and water.
