Any report card I received during grade school: “talks too much.” Although I’ve learned some new skills since then, some things never change–I still love to talk. In addition to talking, I love using my voice to make connections between learning and business results. I create, scale, and optimize training programs that make an impact on people and organizations. To accomplish this, I focus on delivering key outcomes, adapting to new learnings, and helping strong contributors become leaders. I've held diverse roles in my career, spanning operations, training, L&D, and DEI.
