Supported senior executive management, advising on the engineering strategy, product strategy, organizational structure, job leveling, performance management processes, and ways of working. Executive leader for the Women in Engineering group.
• Successfully met OKRs, increasing our number of subscribers and improving engagement.
• Developed a tribe health metrics process for the organization, used this to improve team engagement, and raised DORA metrics to the Elite class.
• Focused on people leadership improvements, resulting in the highest eNPS score in engineering and the second highest eNPS score in the company for 2023.

Director of Engineering

Led 3 teams of engineering managers and engineers responsible for the company’s Dashboard product and the ATLAS Design System. Recognized for strong people management and product delivery skills.
• Successfully met OKRs, and released the prototype for a new Dashboard product with a redesigned UX.
• Rearchitected processes for the company’s design system, improving productivity, collaboration, and stakeholder relations.
• Introduced processes to help teams and individuals define and achieve business and development goals, improving team engagement and performance.

Senior Engineering Manager

Led Core Systems segment, composed of 4 teams of team leads and backend engineers. Responsible for accounting, transaction, general ledger, regulatory reporting, and compliance services that run the bank.
• Successfully delivered 2021 OKRs in alignment with company, product, technology, and design goals. 
• Collaborated with senior leadership to define the charter for our segment including vision, mission, organizational structure, and team boundaries, reducing randomization and improving productivity. 
• Represented N26 as a speaker at the Women in Tech World Series virtual conference. 
• Created and instituted a career planning framework, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants.

Engineering Manager, Core Systems

Delivered exceptional support to executive management, advising on roadmaps and long- and short-term plans to broaden impact and strengthen business partnerships.
• Led the organization, managed the operating budget, and directed the comprehensive lifecycle for an 80-person, $20M program to cultivate and implement a modern account management system.
• Managed a geographically dispersed group of 5 teams composed of tech leads (line managers), product owners, scrum masters, analysts, designers, React/Java engineers, and QA engineers. 
• Delivered modern portfolio, credit line, and program management solutions for inventory finance businesses, enabling servicing, risk management, and operations for $41B in financing for 30K+ dealers and more than 1,200 distributors and manufacturers globally.
• Defined and effectively communicated visions and strategic initiatives for team members, generating a cohesive, productive working environment that consistently exceeded all objectives.

Engineering Manager, Strategic Initiatives, VP

Owned and maintained 5 business systems to oversee approximately $120B in commercial real estate loans. Collaborated cross-functionally with senior leadership, engineering, and design management to align products and strategies with organization goals.  
• Managed a team of 10 product managers to develop and execute complex project strategies, including defining scope, required features, and budgets. 
• Planned, produced, and maintained product visions, roadmaps, and priorities for at least eight new launches and upgrades.
• Guided system and integration development processes for geographically dispersed scrum teams, serving as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution to achieve all project milestones.
• Championed 100+ (~10+ per release) technology and operational enhancements to increase business efficiency and regulatory compliance, significantly reducing risk factors within the first year.

Product Management Manager, VP

Independently oversaw account development strategies for Fortune 500 client Williams-Sonoma to generate IT product and service deliverables. 
• Defined and streamlined project priorities and roadmaps as marketing systems data optimization product owner, designing and launching all related Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to maximize capabilities.
• Established and managed cross-functional relationships with marketing, analytics, third-party vendors, and API consumers, consistently evaluating feedback and monitoring results to ensure all needs were met.

Spearheaded global expansion initiatives for the Fortune 100 commercial lending organization Wells Fargo.

• Specified and achieved all project requirements for a business-to-consumer (B2C) payment API, streamlining transaction processes to eliminate pain points and decrease check-out times.
