Description:
▪️ Product Design: Lead the creation of the findyara brand, which increased brand trust and made findyara a high end boutique company.

▪️ Client Experience: With client experience being a major value in the photography industry, I created client education documents and communications that ensured a trustworthy and positive client perspective.

▪️ Systems Implementation: I created internal project management systems using Trello, Notion, and Dubsado to keep my team focused on the important work.

▪️ Client Education: In order to make our product high end, I focused on adding value where possible. I created outlines for Elopement & Wedding client meetings, delivered agendas and supporting materials to clients prior to meetings, and facilitated meetings.

Description:
▪️ Creative Strategy: Pulling from my experience in Film and Media Arts, I played a major role in the creative process. My creative background was crucial when I reviewed deliverables before sending to clients, gave clients advice on change requests, and ensured that the final product was in alignment with the client’s initial goals.

▪️ Creative Team Leadership: My clear creative briefs and clear communication throughout projects lead to faster production times and made it clear that we were listening to the client’s direction.

▪️ Client Relationship Management: As the go-to for Instincts clients, I made it a priority to understand what each stakeholder needed to feel taken care of. I had weekly meetings with clients who wanted a more hands-on approach, and constantly reminded all clients that I am available for a meeting anytime.

▪️ Leadership & Succession Planning: Interviewed, hired, and onboarded a new Project Manager. This new Project Manager was able to start managing major projects within 3 weeks. I provided ongoing support until their onboarding was completed in 2 months.

▪️ Team Unity: I believe a happy team that’s having fun is more productive. I would send fun links into our team’s Slack for us to chat about, and always remind team members that being a bit odd helps our creativity.

▪️ Start-Up Leadership: We had a small team. This meant making hard decisions about what’s most important.

▪️ Standardized Production: Lacking a cohesive backlog and documentation system, I implemented a solution at no cost to the company using Notion. This reduced handover issues and made production faster, as information was now accessible to the whole team.

Colonial Life Arena

In Short:
- Engaged in the Rigging of 20+ shows
- Completed more than 100 hanging points
- Undertook work at 60 feet above ground, lifted loads of up to 100 pounds
- Utilized 100 foot rope and harness for safety
- Collaborated with the team to ensure everyone’s safety throughout exhausting shifts

Description:
I began as a Stage Hand at the Colonial Life Arena, and then was trained as an Entertainment Rigger. 
As an Entertainment Rigger, I was responsible for following all safety regulations. I was required to wear a harness for falling hazards as well as train in the hoisting and fixating of theatrical equipment by hanging them 80 feet above the arena ground. I was trained to tie specific knots required for the task, and how to safely fix problems and keep the other Riggers working with me safe at all times.

My employment at ZK began as a Front of House Staff member. I was responsible for taking orders from customers, clarifying menu items, taking payment, and ensuring their order was received by the cooks. 
After a few months, my manager thought I would be a better fit as a Back of House Staff. I was then responsible for preparing ingredients for recipes at the beginning of each day, making dishes for customers, cleaning my work area according to industry standards, and keeping my station ready to go for the next shift.
