• Management of around three hundred regular clients in their digital transformation initiatives in the leisure and tourist activities sector at all times
• Analysis and management of the needs of new customers
• Competent and comprehensive advice in the digitization of their offers through training and webinar
• Support in the design and production of the product
• Verification and preparation of customer data and assistance during integration (CSS customization, advice on using the right widget, ERP connections (Viator, GYG, etc.)
• Creation of integration support documentation
• Close interdepartmental collaboration for the optimization and automation of processes (rapid adaptation of the product as per market needs, development of tooltips for customers, testing and definition of new features, supervision of sales limits)
• Support new customers with the integration of Regiondo software and services
• Train customers on how to use the software properly based on their specific needs ( management of offers and resources, management of availabilities and calendar and channel manager connections)
• Assist customers to navigate the technical aspects of the onboarding process and support with implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales Management teams to ensure smooth hand-offs before and after onboarding
• Analysis of new customers needs to identify what feature might be helpful for them to integrate next
