•Perform daily processing of accounts payable invoices across different lines of business within the company while ensuring transactions are coded to the correct general ledger account and cost center.
•Ensures compliance with controls by ensuring all invoices are approved by the proper party.
•Utilize expense reporting system, Expensify, to approve expense reports and enter them into Macola, and then sending checks to those on the expense reports.
•Assists with audits and inquiries of other departments thru maintaining filing.

•Reviewed contracts to coordinate billing in conjunction with specified time periods, amounts, and the correct products. 
•Engaged with various stakeholders (i.e. project managers) for various billing projects.
