Expanded Hair Color portfolio, securing back-to-back share growth (+0.5% in 2020, +0.3% in 2021). Improved gross margins by +10.5 pts, offsetting inflation through pricing, mix, and promo efficiency.

General Manager Consumer Beauty Care 

Led Canadian Sales & Marketing organization back to growth after a multi-year decline. Unified and supervised team of 4 Marketers and 5 Account Managers across all sales channels including e-commerce. Re-engineered business model to leverage US scale, reducing complexity and harmonizing portfolio with 62% reduction of Canadian-specific products, improving gross margins by +4.2% points.

Commercial Director Consumer Beauty Care

Revitalized $10MM customer P&L and full portfolio across all of company’s Beauty Care brands (Dial, Tone, Right Guard, got2b, Schwarzkopf) back to growth and profitability as incremental sales assignment (on top of Director of Marketing role). Negotiated annual Joint Business Plan, achieving +26% top-line growth while increasing profit 3x.

Regional Sales Manager Grocery – Wakefern (ShopRite, PriceRite) 

Transformed portfolio and GtM strategy, activation, communication, and advertising for Canadian business (on top of Director of Marketing and Regional Sales Manager roles). Coached a team of 4 Marketers. Streamlined channel-specific 3-year innovation and portfolio strategy, focusing on agile and rapid iterative prototyping.

Head of Marketing Consumer Beauty Care 

Upgraded new product innovation, advertising and campaign development, and commercialization for $150MM North American Right Guard, Dry Idea, and Tone business. Accountable for $15MM Marketing budget. Directed team of 3 Associate Brand Managers. Spearheaded modernization of Right Guard in North America, returning to growth after 8+ years of decline by defining brand positioning, leading formula / pack redesign, developing advertising, and introducing new commercial strategy. Facilitated exit of business to Private Equity in 2021 as regional sell-side key liaison during due diligence phase.
