I studied Information Management Technology at Federal University of Technology Owerri and emerged the Best Graduating Student of my Department as well as my Faculty. I have completed a number of courses in Network Administration and have taken a course in IT Service Management and obtained an International Certification with EXIN on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL V3). I have completed an intensive training in Data Science and Machine Learning and currently pursing my MBA (with specialization in Advanced AI & the future of Automation) I Currently work with Huawei Technologies heading two roles Solution Architect Customer Experience Management (CEM) and Network Planning & Optimization Engineer. I am Currently engaged in Airtel, Glo and Mtn Managed Service(MS) Projects in Nigeria, covering the entire Northern, Southern and Western Region of the country. I have been exposed to a couple of Multi Vendor(EMS) platforms belonging to the Tech Giants Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson and Nokia and have mastered the Tools used in the delivery of services including, CEM, Netnumen(U31 & ICM), NetMax, Ericsson Web BO, Winfol, Ericsson Desktop Intelligence, Citirix, Huawei PRS and U2000, Huawei SQM, Huawei Discovery, Nokia Netact and EdenNet, Arieso Geo Tool and a whole lot more. I am passionate about my job and also open to more exciting opportunities in other project areas in Information Technology. Currently pursuing my MBA with specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Future of Automation at Nexford University Washington DC United States while keeping an open mind to other IT Research Areas that would stand to be beneficial to my community, country and the world at large.
