-Assisted with the development of the first stand-alone storefront for Joe’s Steam Rice Roll (featured on The New York Times and Eater New York) located in the East Village.
-Facilitated the owners with the construction and renovation of the restaurant floor plan and decorative interior design. 
-Hired, trained, and coached staff members on customer service skills, food & beverage knowledge, and health & safety standards in preparation for restaurant grand opening.
-Teamed with owners and partners to improve restaurant metrics such as controlling Cost Of Goods -Sold (COGS) to reduce restaurant expenses and waste. 
-Conducted marketing and content strategies with the use of social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook) to increase brand awareness, engagement, foot traffic and sales throughout the three locations in New York City.
-Constructed the development of the brand’s website alongside Sixty-First Productions.

Operations Manager

A|X Armani Exchange

-Inventory and merchandise management of daily shipment of 100 to 150 boxes that must be processed each shift to be ready for the sales floor.
-Assisted in the closing of the Columbus Square and Soho location by processing over 500 boxes of apparel and accessories to be sent out to the correct destination.
-Assisted in the set up of the Soho store’s Fashion Week and Campaign Event by assembling the performance stage, walk-up bar, and food catering station.
