Many parents feel lost after working with providers whose advice didn’t make sense or was ineffective. Often, these recommendations are unrealistic, ignore parental input, or use compliance-based approaches that aren’t neuro-affirming. If you're neurodivergent yourself, things can get even more complex — you might know what needs to be done but struggle doing it, or your kid triggers you so much that you’re the one becoming dysregulated. You worry about messing up your kid and having them grow up with the same hardships you grew up with. Before blaming yourself, know that most strategies fail because they're not properly taught or suited for your family's needs. Remember, your child is not giving you a hard time; they're having a hard time. Shifting to this mindset is crucial for discovering strategies that really work. That’s where I come in, to give you clarity and confidence in your parenting, and bring more peace to your family. I’m not about giving out quick fixes. I show you how to better understand your child’s behavior and how to best respond to support their social emotional development. I don't ask you to do more, just differently, in a way that supports your child's growth and the wellbeing of your family. My approach is family-centered, neuro-affirming, and relationship-based, and completely tailored to address the goals of your family. I'm Christian Vinceneux, a neurodivergent coach serving families raising children with ADHD and Autism. I'm neurodivergent. I grew up in a neurodiverse family. And I've worked my entire life with neurodiverse families, especially those raising an ADHD/Autistic child. I get it! ​ My personal and professional growth have been intertwined in so many ways. With a blend of passion, humility, empathy, and understanding, I deeply believe that I am meant to do this work.
