•Co-led efforts to launch multiple new offerings including the IT Engagements, Service Manager Bootcamp and a re-launched IT Performance Benchmarking service.
•Personally established partnerships with more than 400 Global 2000 companies. Key contacts include CIOs, Heads of Infrastructure and Applications, COOs, CMO’s and Heads of Sales.
