As a Project Manager, I have led multidisciplinary teams in projects of varying scales and objectives, taking on responsibilities such as design oversight, scheduling, team coordination, and fostering relationships with clients and public authorities, primarily in the real estate sector. In each project, our focus has been on achieving a harmonious balance between commercial success and making a tangible contribution to the city and its residents. This involves considerations of inclusion, efficiency, as well as political and environmental factors.

Within the office, I have evolved into an effective coordinator, adept at simultaneously managing multiple projects for different directors. My contribution lies in providing fresh and flexible perspectives on problem-solving, iterating, and adapting to the evolving needs of projects, stakeholders, and clients. The scope of projects under my leadership includes Architecture (residential and commercial), Urban Design, Urbanizations, and territorial and site studies.

I lead teams in the conceptualization, design, development, and implementation of projects ranging from large-scale Urban Design to residential architecture.

Dicen que hay que enmarcarla... y ahora entiendo por qué.

Porque detrás de esa hoja con números hay meses de diseño, pruebas, sensores que no leían nada (y otros que finalmente sí), piezas impresas en 3D que se rompían... y la convicción de seguir adelante.

Hoy Salventis tiene su primer piloto remunerado funcionando 💨 —una barbería boutique que apostó por nuestra tecnología de ventilación y eficiencia energética— y otro piloto que continúa en fase pagada en la consulta quiropráctica donde iniciamos esta aventura.
