Upon entering the workforce at a young age, I quickly came to realise my passion for sales and customer service. Despite not knowing what life would bring, I knew I would find myself in a career that would put people first. Over the years through various roles, I developed my sales skills and expertise by shadowing mentors that have succeeded in the companies. What initially drew me to sales, is the fast past and competitive work environment that suits my ambitious personality as well as giving each client a tailored experience. I have completed my Bachelor of Communications specialising in Radio at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst. I was fortunate enough to get hands on experience by working at the community radio station 2MCE which allowed me to further my technical skills and industry knowledge. Using these skills and adapting them to technologically advancing environments,  I have started a podcast with a fellow CSU Alumni. Academically, I have also enhanced my client relationship skills by building reports, using media data to determine best outcomes, and presenting in front of large audiences. At my time as a Team Leader at Viva Solutions, I was able to experience a wide variety of clients which gave me an opportunity to adapt my sales pitch to different customer demographics. This allowed me to build a strong relationship and rapport with almost anyone. Additionally, my role as Sales Executive at Pacific Magazines taught me technical skills such as Salesforce and industry knowledge of how a publisher is run - specifically from the point of view of the direct sales and classifieds team.
