As Key Account Manager, I am working with existing as well as new partners to the important global climate network and platform "We Don´t Have Time". The platform for giving vclimate reviews has the aim to speed up the transition to a low carbon world - because we don´t have time to wait. I am also responsible for developing and delivering learning activities targeted to our partners.

Senior Sustainability Specialst in group function for Telia Company.  Responsible for Internal  Communications regarding full sustainability agenda  within the group, involving companies in six countries. Project Management roles, lately as Project Manager in an international industry project on behalf of Telia, securing quality assurance as well as connection to market and customer preferences and expectations prior to global launch.   People Engagement Co-ordinator - driving the group sustainability engagement agenda to contribute to awareness, knowledge development and pride. To verify effect, I implemented systematic follow up.

Sustainability Specialist 

My team of 15 skilled Trainers and e-learning Producers in our Customer Academy served all customer channels in Telia Sweden with learning and development activities. Target group was 2500 employees and 250 managers in Customer Care and stores. As part of focusing on customer experience, my team introduced a common customer dialogue for all channels - the Telia Dialogue. It was based on behavioural science and enabled our young employees to deliver first class service. Training teamleaders in coaching, as well as the dialogue, guaranteed  a long term effect in a large organization. Having one common tonality improved customer satisfaction as well as cut service times.  This initiative was in line with ambitious  company goals on NPS.  It was a fantastic development journey!

With my team of 20 customer centric employees I handled all escalated customer complaints.  Heading this department ment that anything could happen, and I see complaints management as an important part of the company brand. We were also responsible for media relations regarding customer errands. Three times I have been in the TV-program PLUS handling difficult customer cases.

In the role of Senior Information Technology Project Manager I was overlooking and prioritizing a portfolio of projects, all with the aim to improve self service levels as well as automation in back end. Close cooperation with channel development was key as well as customer insights. I also connected the different projects´ members to each other to avoid overlap and increase speed.

Developing and executing on communications for Channel Operations with 3000 employees in the process: sales - order & delivery - after sales & support. I was part of the management team as we built this organization  and initiated an extensive change process. Internal communications was key.

Internal Communications Manager

As broadband was rolled out to private customers in Sweden,  through Telia E-bolaget AB, I and my team were responsible for Integrated Communications in the form of  External Marketing, Public Affairs, CRM, Internal Communications as well as Media Relations. I joined the  subsidiary E-bolaget as it started and as  Head Of Marketing I had to build and scale my department fast. In total, I had a team of ten people and a budget of 85 MSEK. It was a race taking a position in the market!

As the first VP for Environmental Affairs in Telia, I developed and implemented the Environmental Management System for the Telia Group including  environmental strategy, goals, education, reporting and audit. We implemented ISO 14001 and developed the first environmental reports, connected to the annual report. Internal as well as external communication was key in getting my message out in which I connected the role of digitalization and IT to sustainability. I wrote newspaper articles, trained politicians, participated in conferences and wrote publications highlighting good examples in business. I also participated in international co-operation between European telcos sharing environmental management systems & standards as well as best practises with telcos in developing countries through UNEP.
