Led acquisition of childcarers across all channels, including referrals, Meta, TikTok, CRO, and events. Owned budgets and feedback loops in this area. 

- Reduced TikTok ads CPA by 50% and increased downstream conversion by 20%

- Grew student signups 5x YoY at half the CAC with a multi-channel marketing campaign, principally by delivering activations at 12 universities managing an event team of 30. Grew signups by a further 64% the following year at 66% the cost. 

- Grew volume of monthly referrals to 36% higher than the previous highest-performing month and reduced CAC. 

- Identified the biggest opportunity area for geo expansion through customer research and designed a product testing strategy using MVPs to address it.
