As Partner Development Lead at Qualtrics, I help build and scale the partner development function from the ground up, implementing processes that generate predictable pipeline and foster strong alliances with a diverse network of 400+ partners. I leverage my skills in strategic account mapping, targeted outreach campaigns, and partner events to create partner-sourced opportunities and enhance partner scalability across the organization. I graduated from Florida State University in 2020, where I studied Marketing and Business Management, with an emphasis in business analytics (Go Noles!). Before joining the partnerships team, I spent a year and a half as a SDR where I generated $15.4M in pipeline, mentored colleagues, and worked closely with sales leadership and other internal departments to analyze and optimize sales processes and metrics.
