Business Transformation

The VCG MarTech team enables an omni-channel CX using PEGA Real-time decisioning platform. 

Launched and product managed internal workflow tool to allow Offer Operations execution team to fully automate their process. Decreasing the time to deploy and disable offers. 

Migrated and program managed intake process for all VCG Customer Communications with on a homegrown internal workflow tool which allows teams to strategize, execute, test and deploy offers and propositions through Next Best Action and Next Best Offer.

Marketing Technology

Reporting to the CMO, built and led an inaugural MarTech team to develop and empower the marketing teams (B2B, B2B2C, Gyms, Product) with efficient self-service, innovative global marketing technology solutions from inception to launch. Enabled and drove adoption for marketing/product teams 55+ to use the full capabilities of platforms so we can streamline ineffective platforms, slim down technology costs and increase employee productivity by driving operational efficiency.

Director, Marketing Technology and Operations

Reporting to the VP, was responsible for global B2B marketing operations processes and product management to build and implement a self-service MarTech stack (including website) for teams to drive efficiencies in all B2B and Gyms Paid Media and Demand Generation through inbound, outbound, and ABM marketing initiatives. 

Built and maintained an all encompassing reporting dashboard across all global and regional marketing channels for visibility into performance, attribution, and spend. 

Collaborated closely with B2B Global Sales Planning, Product, Technology, and Analytics team to project manage new global marketing projects. Lead and guiding a team complete new global special projects.
