My favorite part of the cancellations job was that people would come to me upset, but they would leave satisfied or even happy😎 🤔 I'm a problem solver and a system cleaner. While I am training I ask questions, mostly why we do things certain ways and what if we did it another way. In just about every job I've had, I've improved at least one system in place and it was carried on to the people that followed me. 😳 To give you an idea of how complicated of a project I'm willing to take on: I'm working on a genealogy of the bible using only my bible, a spreadsheet, and two spiral notebooks with lots of colorful pens. - For fun - ☎Got a tangled mess?
