I’m a senior project manager who spearheads alumni relations initiatives at Dartmouth College, directing events and campaigns that reach thousands of alumni worldwide. I aim to integrate my expertise in alumni engagement and communications to cultivate deep relationships with diverse alumni communities and drive fundraising initiatives. After serving in administrative positions at multiple independent schools with an emphasis on communications, admissions, and development, I joined Dartmouth’s Alumni Relations department as a Project Manager and assumed responsibility for planning and executing the 50th Anniversary of Co-education event on a rapid 3.5-month timeline in partnership with the Development team. With 499 in-person attendees and thousands more viewing our livestreams and post-event recordings, 73% of attendees reported a heightened connection to the college, and over half expressed interest in volunteering. After earning a promotion to Senior Project Manager, I began leading the ongoing Presidential Welcome Tour, coordinating workstreams for 40+ employees to introduce Dartmouth’s new college president to 82K+ global alumni. To date, we have achieved 106% of our participation goal with Presidential visits across 8 cities. Additionally, I liaise with numerous alumni committees to plan celebrations and milestone events for the college, directly managing approximately 20 alumni volunteers across several committees. I leverage my experience as an Emmy and Peabody Award-winning video producer to craft authentic outreach campaigns and foster strong ties amongst Dartmouth’s alumni community. Prior to my work in independent schools and higher education, I was the producer of 20/20 and Primetime for ABC News network, where I led breaking news programming, covering world-changing events such as 9/11 in real time. I also produced documentaries and features, attracting audiences of up to 10M viewers.
