I am an attorney in Steptoe & Johnson PLLC's Pittsburgh office and focus my legal practice primarily on federal tax matters as well as state and international tax issues. I have experience with a wide variety of tax matters including deal structuring, partnership taxation, the taxation of investment products, payroll and compensation for both U.S. and non-U.S. persons, issues with respect to publicly traded partnerships, and federal tax compliance in the mortgage servicing industry. I also have experience handling matters for nonprofit organizations including applications for exempt status and state charitable solicitation registration and filings.
