I'm a systems designer with a diverse background spanning healthcare, finance, construction, architecture, and food service. Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats: technical environmental designer of net zero energy buildings, project engineer, finance associate at an Australian infrastructure investment fund, and senior UX designer for debt products at a major financial institution. My Tenet #1: Interconnectedness In any organization, no element operates independently. Every part of a team contributes to the whole, ensuring its vitality. My Tenet #2: Atomic Focus The most sustainable way to fix a broken system is by addressing its most atomic parts. In UX design, this means focusing on the smallest actionable elements. In organizations, it means understanding and aligning with the motivations of the people doing the work. By leveraging insights from user and product research, I aim to increase efficiency and align organizational goals with individual motivations. My Tenet #3: Intentionally Building Trust We need to intentionally build organizations to rebuild trust in our larger systems—health, government, and finance. By understanding our collective wants and needs, we can design systems in which we can live, trust, and thrive.
