Duties & Responsibilities:
•	To ensure the smooth running of all reception desks and operation all together.   Furthermore to deliver exceptional customer service within all aspects of service delivery, reception, switchboard and meeting room services. 
•	Communicating with all support functions in 8CS / London, ensuring a seamless visitor experience prior to arriving at the visitor destination. 
•	To supply ‘World Class’ reception facilities in welcoming, liaison with clients (telephone and visitors). 
•	Ensure visitors to the building receive a world class VIP service from first point of contact, owning the responsibility of receiving the visitor until such time as they are handed over to their host
•	Provide a high and consistence level within Soft Services (of FOH Service ) to JLL on behalf of  HSBC against the agreed service level agreement / KPI’s and specification, for both qualities and financial target. 
•	Develop and embrace the “one team” culture across all service provision on-site and the directly provided by Sodexo on-site ( reception, porterage and housekeeping)
