1️⃣ Alternating moving knee to chest
→ hips, core, balance

2️⃣ Prisoner hip hinges
→ glutes, hamstrings, lower back

3️⃣ Alternating reverse lunge with rotation
→ hips, legs, spine mobility

4️⃣ Overhead reach with calf raise and ab walk out
→ posture, calves, core activation

5️⃣ Open arm alternating standing knee to chest
→ shoulders, coordination, trunk stability

6️⃣ Alternating leg swings
→ hips, hamstrings, joint readiness
5 to 10 per side

→ Breathe slowly through your nose if you can
→ Let your ribs and belly expand on the inhale
→ Exhale like you are fogging a mirror

Two years ago a woman on LinkedIn said yes to me before I had any real visibility on this platform.

Melanie Borden was my first client on LinkedIn.

Walking into Women in Consumer Finance in Consumer Finance, you could feel immediately this wasn’t just another event.

High performing women don’t need more information.

Eileen Gu won two Olympic silver medals.
The reporter asked “Do you see them as two medals gained or two medals lost?”

She laughs like she can’t believe that’s the 
question.

By the way, she  is already the most decorated female freestyle skier in history at age 22.

“I think that ‘s a ridiculous perspective, to think of it as two medals lost.”

She didn’t get pulled into it.
She didn’t shrink the moment.
She let it be what it was.

Some of us, especially women, would’ve answered and then immediately softened it.
Or started talking about what we still want to do.
Or made a joke.

She didn’t.

And you can tell that didn’t come from nowhere.

You don’t respond like that unless you’ve spent a lot of time doing hard things, trusting your preparation, and learning how to stay with yourself when the pressure is on.

This is not just the achievement
but being fully there for it.
