I am president of Open Skies Science, a company that specializes in project innovation, engineering, management, and exploration of new frontiers. With over 30 years of experience in the defense, space, interior, and health sectors, I have developed a strong background in integration engineering, system acquisition, government contracting, and request for proposal writing. My mission is to leverage my skills and credentials, such as the Certified Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) in System Planning, Analysis, Research, Development, and Engineering, and the Level 1 Professional Continuity Practitioner issued by FEMA, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and partners. Some of the projects that I have contributed to or led include the NASA Center of Excellence for Collaborative Innovation, the Lockheed Martin Orion Crew Module Engineering Integration, and the NSA Colorado System Engineering. I am also proficient in crowdsourcing, multi-phase prize challenges, project management, system requirements, and presentations.
