Joined Caseware at the outset of a major period of growth, rapid scaling and global expansion. 
• Worked with multiple senior leaders and hiring teams  to successfully fill  a diverse range of complex engineering roles, primarily at senior Individual Contributor and Leadership levels (platform, product, cloud and infraops, data engineering and analytics)
•Contributed to rapid deployment of a new GTM function by delivering quickly on multiple roles, up to  C-level, for revenue, pricing and sales leaders.
•Increased annual hiring in software engineering by 300%; 90% or more of all roles filled through headhunting and direct recruitment.
•Led recruitment for a newly formed Software Engineering Centre of Excellence in Colombia, and pushed forward to successfully fill senior and leadership roles in the face of significant obstacles and ambiguity.
•Ensure excellence in candidate experience through a well structured interview process, a strong feedback loop,and providing  constructive communication at all stages.
•Work closely with HRBPs to ensure compliance, pro-actively problem solve, develop compensation bands, and ensure smooth onboarding. Good understanding of Canadian labour landscape, provincial employment standards, and immigration issues.
•Manage ATS to ensure data integrity, accurate reporting and decision making. 
•Collaborate with TA team partners to implement best practices, process and  automation across the recruitment function.
