o	Corporate Controller during transition of of Client Advisory Services (CAS) firm by publicly traded firm, NYSE: KFS. First year Sarbanes-Oxley control documentation, streamline month-end close from 15 days to 8 days. Developed full financial reconciliations and clean audit support for CPA firm. Establish and document policies and procedures, reporting for SEC subsidiary. Forecasting, prepare and deliver metrics, KPI, OKRs. Conversion from DelTek Systems to Sage Intacct ERP for billing, metrics, and financials.
o	Monitor team of 100+ professionals for engagements with over 250 clients, balancing competencies with client needs. Implemented Lattice framework for entire firm, performance reviews, measuring achievements, setting goals and expectations,  and feedback cycle for staff engagement and retention.

Worked with existing clients on PPP loan forgiveness-  all 45 clients successfully received full loan / debt forgiveness from their banks and the SBA. Financial Advisory Services - Manager

Birth & Beyond Women's Care d/b/a Juan Diego Women's Center

o	Took over operations of local non-profit center (initially FT, rolled to PT, then Advisory) when previous 10+ year Director retired. Implemented online e-giving, matching funds, local benevolent groups, and secured Google Ad Words Grant. Grew private and corporate donations over 300% in 12 months with speaking engagements and targeted donor appeals.
o	Marketing and online strategy- Rebranded the Center in 2018 to "Birth & Beyond Women's Care". Core service pivot and re-focus includes counseling for women & children in crisis, priority placement in shelters and reduction of homeless numbers in San Jose, CA.
o	Achieved 91.7% efficiency in Program Services, increased from 75% over the course of 3 years, as measured by year-end financials and Statement of Functional Expenses for non-profit reporting.
o	Achieved a reduction to only 8% overhead, a significant reduction from previous 25% overhead, as reported on Statement of Functional Expenses.
o	Non-profit grew from a stagnating client base of 50 per year in 2016, to over 900 in 2019 and over 1,000 in both 2020 and 2021.
