Utilize a “discover, nurture, mobilize” approach to Influitive community management by creating awareness campaigns, sharing valued content, and providing consistent opportunity for customer feedback. 
•	Drive sales enablement by nurturing and identifying product champions
•	Host biannual customer symposium (one live, one virtual) driven by customer needs
•	Established Studio memberships (with a 65% take rate) and other campaigns, experiences, and rewards in order to successfully migrate legacy users to the new platform

Customer Advocacy Program Manager

Managed digital strategy for Product Line producing 40 million in annual revenue. Business lead for digital initiatives including WileyPLUS user accounts platform migration, and related accessibility compliance updates. 
•	Led prototyping and proof-of-concept activities for new digital models

Lead Product Designer | Business, Finance & Accounting Courses

Product Manager for WileyPLUS Learning Space, ORION, Snapwiz Authoring Tool
•	Measure and utilize product data including User Experience feedback, technical support outreach, Salesforce dashboards and usage data on a per feature basis; monitor KPIs and market drivers to focus on areas of improvement, new opportunities and prioritization of product features.
•	Aid in the plan, design and launch for Higher Educational online platform containing 8-12 new features with every 6-8 week release.  Track and prioritize bug fixes on an ongoing basis.
•	Build and preserve strong relationships with users, IT, business analysts, QA team, UX designers, editorial, sales, and marketing teams to achieve progressive deployment by gathering data and consensus on priorities. Maintain internal company FAQ and Ideas Board for quick turnaround on feature idea feedback and information distribution to colleagues.
•	Work closely with project managers, VAT team, and Wiley partner Snapwiz during analysis, development, design, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases. Demo features in UAT environment to internal stakeholders 2-3 weeks before each release.
Oversee relationship with outside vendor WalkMe, Inc.; create scripts and prioritize internal requests to schedule release items for “WalkMe” assistance to engage users and guide them through the platform.   
Execute and effectively communicate product visions through a cross-functional environment by constructing, adapting and implementing roadmaps that highlight user focus and core company strategies; conduct marketing campaigns generating new feature awareness and training opportunities.

Product Manager

Manage development editorial support for signing list worth approximately $55 million in annual revenue on 50-60 annual titles on topics including Social Media, Marketing, Design, Sales, VC/entrepreneurship, Customer Service, Self-Help, Management, and Nonprofit. 
Use familiarity with manuscripts and author platforms to propose various projects including custom publications, e-book shorts, apps, and other digital components. Help authors cultivate manuscripts from existing content (keynote speeches, blog posts, articles, interviews) and develop various features for books.

Content Development Specialist

Provided market research and development support for two senior editors in Psychology, Elementary Education, Geology, Organic Chemistry, Biology, Business Statistics, Economics, Marketing, and Financial Management texts.  Acted as the sole development editor on an introductory Historical Geology text for Wiley’s emerging “Visualizing” series, a joint venture with National Geographic magazine that has since seen wide college adoption.
