Processed check requests, expense reports and invoices, composed and edited contracts, reports and legal documents, created spreadsheets and presentations, managed highly confidential information. Assisted reimbursement management in government agency audits. Managed licenses and registrations for government agencies, and coordinated training.

Supported the Division President. Managed office, calendars and meeting agendas, screened calls and emails. Scheduled on-site and off-site meetings, A/V support and meals, produced minutes, set-up video conferencing, reconciled expense reports and processed check requests, arranged travel itineraries and accommodations. Managed two office moves, purchased furniture and equipment, contracted new vendors and processed invoices. Liaise with property management on facility and parking. Tracked employees' KBU certifications, and maintained emergency response plan. Managed Human Resources: conducted the new hire process including obtaining corporate approvals, generating offer letters and on-boarding, heading up the testing process, managing employee benefits, personnel files, and payroll.
