•	Achieved record new customer acquisition subscriptions and average monthly recurring revenue numbers in the Direct Sales org by driving our team to consultative, value selling.

As the co-owner of Room 4 Baby, a popular baby and juvenile furniture store in Gilbert, AZ, I creatively managed all aspects of the busy small business. I supervised all sales staff, handled all accounts payable functions, trained employees, maintained payroll, and negotiated terms and contracts for hundreds of companies to ensure a favorable profit margin. I designed all our marketing materials including print ads, web site, branding, web store, blog and customer newsletter.

As a District Marketing Specialist, I worked directly with the district and regional leadership team to acquire new agents for Farmers Insurance.  I managed the talent acquisition, recruitment, and hiring process for the district. Once hired, I was responsible for new employee training, sales process implementation, and assisting the new agents in executing their co-created marketing plan.
