As a gifted and autistic individual, I began my intellectual journey at the age of 4 and, by 6, was devouring collections of logic books. This analytical perspective paved the way for my career as a researcher and innovator in HR. Today, with over 25 years of experience, I combine neuroscience, technology, and people management to build evidence-based strategies. My journey bridges human, exact, and social sciences to solve real-world problems in the workplace and corporate education.
