My mission is to bring science to the core of people management, creating strategies that enhance organizational performance and promote a more strategic, inclusive, and future-ready HR. My focus is on remote work, cognitive diversity, and data-driven corporate education, ensuring companies make informed decisions—not just inspired ones. Since childhood, my passion for logic, reading, and science has driven me to question the world and seek deep answers. As a gifted and autistic individual, I began my intellectual journey at the age of 4 and, by 6, was devouring collections of logic books. This analytical perspective paved the way for my career as a researcher and innovator in HR. Today, with over 25 years of experience, I combine neuroscience, technology, and people management to build evidence-based strategies. My journey bridges human, exact, and social sciences to solve real-world problems in the workplace and corporate education.
